Nkumbu Mulwanda Chiwaula
Nkumbu holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Development Studies from the University of Zambia and is a current MBA student at the University of Zambia. With over 15 (fifteen) years of work experience at NAPSA as an Inspector, The Scheme’s operations and its success are very important to her. Financial management, Corporate Governance, monitoring and reporting, Strategic Management and Risk analysis are among the knowledge acquired through work experience and as a graduate in Public Administration and Development Studies as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) student. In addition, she holds a Competence Certificate for Trustees in Pension Schemes from The Zambia College of Pensions and Insurance Trust. Nkumbu was elected to the Board of trustees of NAPSA Staff Pension Scheme in April 2023.
