Evan Mabvuto Mwale
Evan is a highly experienced ICT Service Delivery Specialist with a strong track record in optimising service operations and delivering strategic technology solutions within complex institutional environments. He currently serves as a Service Desk Administrator at NAPSA. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, complemented by a diverse portfolio of professional certifications in ICT Project management, ITIL service management, pension funds, and alternative investments. Evan was first elected to the Board of NAPSA Staff Pension Scheme in April 2021, where he made a meaningful contribution to strengthening the scheme's governance framework and supporting its digital transformation efforts. He was re-elected to the Board in April 2024. As a Board Member, Evan continues to offer valuable guidance on ICT governance, risk management and member-centric service delivery, ensuring the Scheme remains responsive, secure, and aligned with evolving technological and regulatory standards
