Operations Manager
Isiah Zimba
Isiah is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Before his current position of Operations Manager, a position he has held since May 2022, he served as Assurance Manager under the Risk and Assurance Department at the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA). Prior to that, he worked under the Contributions and Benefits department as Area and Station Manager from 2001 when he joined NAPSA. Isiah has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Staff Pension Scheme as Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee from November 2018 to November 2021. Isiah holds a Master of Science in Social Protection Financing (MSc SPF), a Master of Business Administration (MBA - Finance), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He is also a Chartered Pension Analyst Manager and Certified Enterprise Risk Manager. He is currently serving as a Board Member for Advantage Insurance.
